Tayler Mayer, the owner of the DeafVIDEO.TV social networking website for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community, he made a vlog to annonce and claim a press charges against former DVTV user, Ivan Shevchenko for the harassment, stalking and even death threaten. Tayler Mayer was granted a Peace Order against Ivan Shevchenko by the judge of Maryland.
